"The Commander in Cheif is the highest ranking executive officer. He is in the position for life, or until he chooses to retire, In which case he chooses his replacement. He is in charge of all the alliance funds, and it is his responsibility to see to it that alliance money is kept safe. He is to keep all of the money in a secure fund, and distribute it as needed to the directors of operations. The Commander in Cheif has the option of declaring war on any allience, for good a reason. He is also in charge of appointing the Directors of Operations. He is in direct charge of The Executioners."
