"A Wingleader is the leader of a wing. He can have up to 4 people under his command. He should choose one of those four people to be the first wingman, which is the second in command of the wing. Should the wingleader be unavailable, the first wingman will make important decisions. The wing has the responsibility of obeying orders from their Director of Operations. Their orders recieved should be a general idea of what needs done, and it is up to the wingleader and the wingmen to decide how best to accomplish what needs done."
"If there is arguement as to what the best course of action will be, a vote needs to be taken. The wingleader's vote counts as 1, the first wingman's vote counts as one, and the rest of the wingmen's votes combined count as 1. As such, the 3 wingmen's votes will be tallied, and whatever action gets the most votes, is considered the vote of the wingmen, and at no time shall the wingmen's 1 vote be split. "
