"The Rank of wingman is the the lowest rank of the SSL. These members form the foundation of a strong fighting force, and are essential to keep day to day operations going. It is their duty to follow the orders of their wingleader to the fullest extent they know how. They should try to excell in everything they do, and thus earning attention, and thereby putting themselves in line for a promotion. A quick way to earn promotion to wingleader is through recruitment. Once you have recruited two people, you can start your own wing, and proclaim yourself wingleader(assuming the people you recruit will cooperate). If you do this, you must report your formation of the wing, it's members, and anything else of importance, to your director of operations. Recruiting is crucial to the expansion of the SSL, and members who do well at it will be rewarded with power. Members who do not, will find themselves in the position of wingman for a long time. "
